• Online Account Opening: Open an account with Crédit du Maroc through a few simple steps directly within the myCDM app, and access a range of attractive packages.
• Online Consumer Credit Application: Submit your consumer credit request in just 15 minutes independently via the myCDM app and receive a response within one hour.
• Offers and Promotions: Access current offers from the home screen of your myCDM application and stay informed of all promotions.
• CDM Secure: Activate CDM Secure to validate transactions effortlessly with a 6-digit e-code of your choice. You can modify or reset your e-code at any time through the app.
• Transfers: Perform instant transfers from your myCDM app to accounts held at other banks in Morocco, credited within 20 seconds. Options include standard, scheduled, or recurring transfers.
• Currency Allocations: Instantly activate personal travel allowances on your international debit card for overseas trips, as well as e-commerce allowances on your E-Buy card for online shopping, directly from the myCDM app.
• Transactional Services: Enable transactional functionalities instantly within your myCDM app via the 'Settings' section, allowing transfers, bill payments, and more. Activate transaction validation via biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition) from 'Settings' under 'CDM Secure.'
• Personal Information Management: Modify your phone number or official email address instantly from the 'Settings' section of your myCDM application.
• Cash Transfers: Provide funds instantly for beneficiaries (clients and non-clients of Crédit du Maroc) to be withdrawn at an ATM or Crédit du Maroc branch using your myCDM app.
• Trusted Device Connection and Temporary Phone Number: Use a unique secret code sent by your bank for initial login. Register or remove trusted devices (phones) for enhanced security.
• Weekly Transaction Limit Management: Adjust your weekly transaction ceiling up or down according to your financial needs directly within the myCDM app.
• Bill Payments: Organize your bills with personalized categories created within the app, which can be modified or deleted. Make multiple payments at once with a single click for efficiency.
• Cards Management: View transaction details per card, set withdrawal and payment limits, lock/unlock your card, or block it in case of loss or theft directly from the app.
• Notification and Alert Settings: Choose your preferred channel for instant notifications—push notifications and/or email—categorized by operation type.
